All defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal materials are strictly prohibited. Manitoba Dental Association reserves the right to immediately remove any items from your Global Dental Exchange page that falls into this definition.
Do not post any information or other material protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner. By posting material, the posting party warrants and represents that he or she owns the copyright with respect to such material or has received permission from the copyright owner.

In no event shall Manitoba Dental Association be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of any information posted in the Global Dental Exchange. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify Manitoba Dental Association its officers, directors, employees, and agents and hold Manitoba Dental Association its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, proceedings damages, injuries, liabilities losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys fees) relating to any acts or omissions by you or materials or information transmitted by you in connection with the Global Dental Exchange leading wholly or partially to claims against Manitoba Dental Association, its officers, directors, employees, or agents or by other users or third parties. You agree that the law of the State of Illinois will apply to all matters relating to this Agreement and to the Global Dental Exchange. In addition, you agree and consent that, if there is ever any legal action against Manitoba Dental Association, the state and federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois will have exclusive jurisdiction and be the exclusive venue for any such legal actions.
Manitoba Dental Association does not actively monitor the site for inappropriate postings and does not on its own undertake editorial control of postings. However, in the event that any inappropriate posting is brought to the attention of Manitoba Dental Association, appropriate action will be taken.
In order to provide the best possible product for Manitoba Dental Association membership, Manitoba Dental Association reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Global Dental Exchange for anyone who violates these rules.
